We are seeking an Operations Manager who is exceptionally organised, experienced, and proactive to fill a dynamic role within our rapidly expanding company. This position, reporting directly to the founder, requires someone to oversee all aspects of operations, from order placement and monitoring to enhancing the efficiency of our supply chain.

The perfect candidate will demonstrate proficiency in coordinating logistics, cultivating strong supplier relationships, and ensuring smooth order fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities

- Day-to-day management operations across all fulfilment centres
- Keeping track and maintaining stock levels across multiple fulfilment centres
- Creating new processes for a more efficient supply chain
- Working with freight forwarders
- Presenting KPIs on a periodical basis to the founder
- Long-term strategic planning and identifying new suppliers

What we are looking for:

- Written and spoken English needs to be excellent
- Extremely organised
- Exceptional analytical skills
- Attention to detail
- 3+ years of relevant experience (ideally for an e-commerce business)
- An effective problem solver
- Excellent at Excel
