At Flair Futbol, we celebrate the creative soul of football. We’re growing fast, and now we need someone who can bring structure to our chaos. We’re looking for an Operations Manager to build systems, implement ClickUp, and help us scale with flow—not friction.

You’ll be the one who brings rhythm, order, and operational clarity to a creative, high-energy team.


What You’ll Own
- Build and implement operational systems and workflows from the ground up
- Fully set up ClickUp for task, project, and team management
- Create structure across marketing, content, logistics, and internal communication
- Track progress, remove bottlenecks, and keep the team aligned
- Bring calm, clarity, and focus to a fast-moving creative environment


What You Brin*
- Experience in building and scaling operations in startups or fast-paced teams
- You’re confident with ClickUp (or similar tools) and know how to implement it well
- You’re proactive, independent, and allergic to messy processes
- A systems thinker who makes chaos manageable
- Excellent communicator, comfortable working remotely


Bonus If You Have
- Helped implement operations in a brand, agency, or e-commerce team
- Experience working with creatives or marketing teams
- Love for football or street culture (not required, but nice)
