iCare Financial is seeking an experienced, professional, and highly motivated Recruiting Manager to lead our growing recruiting team.

This is not just another recruiter position.

You will work directly with company leadership to help build and scale our recruiting department, train future recruiters, improve hiring processes, and ensure we consistently hire exceptional Virtual Assistants for our growing company.

Your Role

As Recruiting Operations Manager, you will oversee recruiting operations and help ensure we consistently identify, evaluate, and hire high-quality candidates.

You will work closely with leadership while serving as the primary decision-maker for candidate evaluations and final hiring recommendations.

You will also mentor and train new recruiters while helping improve our overall recruiting systems, tracking and processes.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct final-round candidate interviews
• Evaluate candidate communication skills, professionalism, and job fit
• Make hiring recommendations and approval decisions
• Lead, mentor, and train recruiting tea ---------- mbers
• Assist with onboarding and development of new recruiters
• Review recruiter evaluations and interview notes
• Ensure consistency and quality throughout the hiring process
• Develop interview questions and candidate assessment standards
• Identify process improvements and recruiting efficiencies
• Monitor recruiter performance and provide coaching
• Maintain accurate CRM records and candidate documentation
• Work directly with executive leadership on hiring strategy
• Help scale recruiting operations as the company grows

What We're Looking For

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills
• Ability to identify communication concerns and hiring red flags
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
• Experience working remotely in a professional environment
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Experience using CRM systems
• Ability to provide coaching and constructive feedback
• Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup

Highly Preferred

• Recruiting or Talent Acquisition experience
• Leadership or management experience
• Experience interviewing candidates for U.S.-based companies
• Experience training or mentoring tea ---------- mbers
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills for tracking data
• Experience building processes and improving workflows
