**About Replenysh**
Replenysh is building the infrastructure to recover the $1 trillion worth of materials landfilled each year globally. We connect suppliers (businesses), operators, and brands to create a brand-funded circular supply chain. The actual movement of materials is a low-margin business with little room for error, which means Operations is the heartbeat of Replenysh.

**The Role**
We are looking for a **Senior Operations Manager** to own the end-to-end execution of our recycling and recovery network. This role is not about sitting back—it requires someone who is **detail-oriented, biased toward action, and relentlessly curious** about finding optimizations and cost savings in the system.

You will oversee operations at the seller and buyer levels, and ensure every order moves with accuracy, speed, and accountability. The role has potential for high impact from day one as we have immediate improvements to be made.

**Responsibilities**

Supplier & Operator Activation: Get suppliers and operators set up in the system, ensure they have the right containers, and are trained on order workflows.

Order Management: Manage communication for placing orders or setting up auto-orders, ensure accuracy of initial inputs, and track order status from creation to close.

Routing & Dispatch: Create and optimize routes, dispatch to service providers, and monitor for SLA compliance.

Service Provider Management: Work directly with carriers/operators to ensure pickups are executed flawlessly and on time.

Data & Accuracy: Ensure material weights from service providers are entered correctly and orders are closed in a timely manner.

Seller Impact & Payments: Trigger impact reporting and payment processes after order closure.

Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify bottlenecks, investigate issues, and drive improvements in speed, accuracy, and cost efficiency.

KPIs: Own core operational metrics (order closure, route efficiency, SLA adherence, etc.).

**Qualifications**

* 5+ years of operations, logistics, or supply chain management experience (BPO, dispatch, marketplace ops, or recycling/logistics experience a plus).
* Proven track record of managing day-to-day ops with high accuracy and accountability.
* Strong problem-solving skills; ability to troubleshoot bottlenecks and propose practical solutions.
* Excellent communication skills—clear, proactive, and persuasive with internal and external partners.
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple moving parts at once.
* Bias for action—comfortable making decisions quickly, escalating when necessary, and driving to completion.
* Comfortable working with data, tools, and dashboards to monitor operations.
* Curious and driven to continuously look for optimization and cost savings.
