Operations Manager

We're hiring a powerhouse Sr Operations Manager to drive the behind-the-scenes magic across our two bold, fast-moving brands: Leiki Boardshort Co. (surfwear) and Rockstar Real Estate Group (real estate). This is a high-impact role for a systems-minded operator who thrives on creating structure out of chaos and making things run like clockwork.

You’ll be the glue that holds it all together — managing business systems, streamlining workflows, owning team and customer communication, and supporting business growth initiatives with precision and proactivity.

We're looking for someone who’s sharp, organized, tech-savvy, and thrives on solving problems before they happen. You must be comfortable working independently, managing projects, juggling multiple priorities, and keeping communication flowing seamlessly between the CEO, teams, vendors, and customers.
