Job Title: Remote Operations Manager (High-Agency Self-Starter) - $6-10/hr
(Full-Time, 40 Hours/Week, 8 AM – 4 PM EST)

Compensation: $6-10 per Hour (Based on Experience) + Growth Opportunities
About the Role:
I’m the CEO of multiple businesses—storage, electrical contracting, engineering, parts supply, and rental properties—and I need a sharp, self-starting Operations Manager to take charge of projects, streamline systems, and manage logistics across these companies. This isn’t a role for someone who needs constant direction—I’ll give you the basics, then it’s up to you to run with it. You’ll organize Notion or Google Drive, research solutions like rental property software, oversee our current VA, and manage a call center for storage approvals. I’m looking for a high-agency person who can eventually lead a team of VAs and become a key player in my operations.

Key Responsibilities:
    •    Take on projects with minimal guidance (e.g., “Organize Notion/Google Drive by company, division, and subject” or “Find us a rental property software, then migrate all data from Google Drive and manage it ongoing”).
    •    Oversee our current VA (a data-entry type who needs clear tasks), double-check their work, and assign them more responsibilities.
    •    Manage our storage call center: respond to discount inquiries, approve requests, and ensure smooth operations.
    •    Research, problem-solve, and implement solutions independently across all businesses.
    •    Keep everything organized—consistent file naming (no random upper/lower case), accurate emails, and structured records.
    •    Handle occasional calls (inbound/outbound) with vendors or teaUpgrade to see actual infombers in the U.S.
    •    Spot inefficiencies and suggest improvements without being asked.
Qualifications & Skills:
    •    Fluent in English (written and spoken)—no sloppy communication.
    •    Proven self-starter: you don’t wait for instructions, you figure it out and get it done.
    •    Comfortable juggling tasks for multiple businesses (storage, electrical, engineering, parts, rentals).
    •    Experience managing or training others (you’ll oversee a VA and call center).
    •    Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail) and Notion—or quick to master them.
    •    Detail-obsessed: no careless mistakes like wrong names in emails or inconsistent files.
    •    Leadership potential: I want someone who can grow into a manager of their own department.
    •    Bonus: Experience in operations, admin, or multi-business settings.
Pay & Growth:
