We’re looking for an Operations Manager to help streamline and oversee our agency's internal operations, focusing on task management, workflow optimization, and ensuring the smooth execution of client projects. We specialize in
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage daily operations in ClickUp, ensuring tasks, projects, and workflows are organized and running smoothly.
Develop, optimize, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for our team.
Track project progress and ensure all deadlines are met.
Collaborate with tea
Review and approve task completions to ensure quality and efficiency.
Assist with onboarding new tea
Handle miscellaneous operational tasks to support the agency's growth and efficiency.
Qualifications:
Expert-level proficiency in ClickUp and familiarity with other project management tools.
Previous experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role, ideally in an e-commerce or marketing agency environment.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work across time zones.
Tech-savvy with a proactive mindset and attention to detail.
