If so, we are looking for an Operations Manager experienced with Short Term Rental Management to join our team. This is a full-time position with opportunity to grow into more advanced positions.

Responsibilities:
- Process Development
- Administrative Activities
- STR Based Activities
- Data Processing

Requirements:
- Experience with AirBnB/VRBO/STR is required
- Good command of the English language both spoken and written
- Reliable High Speed internet connection with USB headset and webcam
- Ability to Think and then Act
- Able to anticipate issues and develop solutions
