JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Operations Lead / Executive Assistant to help run daily operations for a fast-growing ecommerce business.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes ownership, and solves problems independently.

You will work directly with the founder and help oversee daily operations, customer support workflows, order fulfillment, team accountability, and process improvement.

This is NOT a basic VA role.

We are looking for someone who can think critically, solve problems, and take ownership.

Your main goal is simple: keep operations running smoothly and prevent problems before they become expensive.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations and team workflows
Manage and monitor virtual assistants
Ensure customer support emails are handled quickly and properly
Audit inboxes to ensure no emails are missed
Review end-of-day reports from tea ---------- mbers
Ensure orders are processed accurately and on time
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors when needed
Identify operational issues and solve them proactively
Improve systems, SOPs, and internal workflows
Escalate important issues to founder only when necessary

Requirements:

Excellent written and spoken English
Strong organizational skills
Strong problem-solving ability
High attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple moving parts
Ability to work independently without constant supervision
Strong leadership and accountability mindset

Bonus if you have experience with:

Ecommerce
Shopify
Customer support
Operations management
Managing remote teams
