Operations & Ecommerce Coordinator

We’re looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented Operations & Inventory Coordinator to support the day-to-day running of our fast-growing nursery décor business.

This is a hands-on role covering order management, stock planning, supplier coordination, warehouse communication, inbound shipments and ecommerce admin. You’ll help ensure products are ordered on time, stock levels are managed properly, orders flow smoothly, and operational processes become more efficient as the business grows.

Responsibilities include:

* Managing daily order operations and resolving order-related issues
* Monitoring inventory levels and identifying stock risks
* Helping place monthly stock orders, including reviewing sales, stock levels and forecasted demand
* D ---------- how much stock needs to be ordered at the end of each month
* Coordinating inbound stock deliveries with suppliers, including products arriving from China
* Tracking overseas shipments and keeping internal systems updated
* Booking new stock in with our warehouse and coordinating delivery timelines
* Liaising with suppliers, printers, freight partners and warehouse teams
* Adding and updating products on Shopify
* Reviewing supplier, freight and warehouse invoices
* Preparing and processing payments
* Improving internal processes, stock systems and ways of working
* Supporting new product launches from an operational perspective

We’re looking for someone who is:

* Exceptionally organised and detail-focused
* Confident working with stock, spreadsheets and operational systems
* Comfortable using sales data to make practical stock-ordering decisions
* Proactive, practical and good at solving problems
* Confident communicating with suppliers and external partners
* Experienced in ecommerce, operations, inventory, supply chain or fulfilment
* Able to work independently in a fast-moving small business
