JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for an experienced Operations Coordinator to support our CS and Operations Team. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience across key e-commerce and operational platforms.

Role Description:
We want someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong project management abilities, and excellent communication skills. This role offers significant growth potential, with opportunities for advancement, raises, promotions, and travel for an individual that excels in this position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with daily operations, logistics, and order management
- Manage spreadsheets and data entry with accuracy
- Support Shopify store maintenance and updates in terms of inventory
- Support wholesale operations (shipping, onboarding, paperwork, returns, etc.)
- Work with 3PL providers to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Help optimize supply chain processes including inventory management and distribution
- Assist in developing inventory strategies to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent stockouts
- Assist in collaborating with customer service and marketing to enhance customer experience
- Create SOPs for Operations and Logistics
- Assist the Operations Team with additional administrative responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience as a VA or in an e-commerce operations role
- Proficiency in Shopify, WMS platforms and ERP
- Experience with inventory management system
- Strong skills in google spreadsheets and data organization
- Previous experience with 3PL coordination
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
