Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized Operations & Client Success Coordinator to support client onboarding, project coordination, vendor management, and day-to-day operational tasks.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, communication, problem-solving, and ensuring that projects move forward efficiently. The successful candidate will serve as the central coordinator between clients, vendors, and internal tea
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate client onboarding and implementation projects
Request and organize client logins, assets, and information
Schedule meetings and maintain project timelines
Track onboarding and recurring service deliverables
Coordinate tasks between internal tea
Follow up on outstanding items and maintain accountability
Maintain project management systems and documentation
Assist with client communications via
Prepare project updates and status reports
Support ongoing operational improvements and process documentation
Qualifications
Excellent written English communication skills
Strong organizational and project management abilities
High attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience with digital marketing agencies preferred
Experience with Go High Level, Google Workspace, Trello, or similar tools is a plus
Self-motivated and dependable
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Part-time initially with potential for increased responsibilities as the company grows.
