About Us:
We are a fast-growing car rental business catering primarily to gig economy workers. Our mission is to provide reliable vehicles with flexible terms and exceptional service. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support our daily operations and ensure smooth business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Fleet Management:

Assist in the coordination and scheduling of vehicle maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
Monitor vehicle availability and ensure accurate tracking of all rentals.
Manage inventory and ensure all vehicles are in optimal condition for rental.
Customer Support:

Handle customer inquiries related to booking, vehicle availability, and general operations.
Assist with the check-in and check-out process for rentals, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
Coordinate with customers to schedule vehicle pickups and returns, ensuring a seamless experience.

Administrative Duties:

Maintain accurate records of all transactions, vehicle maintenance, and customer interactions.
Prepare reports on vehicle usage, maintenance schedules, and operational performance.
Assist in managing insurance documentation and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Logistics Coordination:

Work with partners and service providers to ensure timely delivery and servicing of vehicles.
Coordinate transportation of vehicles between locations as needed.
Assist in optimizing operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Qualifications:

High proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Experience in operations, logistics, or administrative roles, preferably within the car rental or automotive industry.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Familiarity with the Filipino market is a plus.
Proficiency in using digital tools and software for operations management.
