Position: Operations Analyst

As we continue to expand, we are looking for a motivated and talented Operations Analyst to join our team.
Role Overview: As an Operations Analyst at Appleton Way, you will play a key role in the heart of our operations. This position involves a wide range of responsibilities including sourcing new products, setting up brands on Shopify, managing logistics, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of our business ventures. You will be expected to bring a mix of analytical skills and creativity to drive improvements and efficiency across our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities and eCommerce trends.
Assist in setting up and optimising eCommerce stores on Shopify.
Analyse logistics and supply chain processes to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project timelines and expectations are met.
Prepare and present reports on operational performance and project progress.
Support the development and implementation of operational strategies.
You should be willing to get involved in different parts of the business beyond your core job description.
Qualifications:
Must be a native or near-native English speaker.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with eCommerce platforms, particularly Shopify, is preferred.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
Proven track record of success in previous roles; experience in operations is a plus but not required.
Motivated and keen to learn, with a strong work ethic.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field is desirable.

This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 8 hours of work per day, and more when required. The role is fully remote. The initial contract will be for a 3-month probationary period, with the opportunity for extension based on performance.
