We are looking for an exceptional Finance & Operations Manager to become the CEO’s right hand and take ownership of our Accounting, Finance & Operations.

Responsibilities

* Accounting, Finance & Operations
* Cash flow & financial reporting
* Budgeting & financial analysis
* Accounts receivable & collections
* Xero & bookkeeping oversight
* Process improvement & internal controls
* International coordination with Europe, USA & Asia
* Management reporting directly to the CEO

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
* MBA is a strong advantage
* CPA / CMA / ACCA is a plus
* Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
* Strong analytical and leadership skills
* Excellent English
* High ownership and problem-solving mindset
