As the Operation manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our e-commerce business. You will be responsible for creating and managing standard operating procedures (SOPs), managing staff, communicating with clients, and generating reports. Your expertise in ClickUp will be essential in ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
SOP Creation: Develop and maintain comprehensive standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency in all operational processes.
Staff Management: Lead, mentor, and manage the team to achieve operational excellence. This includes hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
Report Creation: Generate and analyze reports to provide insights into operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
Task Management: Utilize ClickUp to organize, prioritize, and track daily tasks, ensuring that all operations run smoothly.
Ad Hoc Tasks: Handle any additional tasks or projects assigned by the owners to support the company’s goals.

Proven experience in an operations management role, preferably within the e-commerce sector.
Expertise in ClickUp for task and project management.

Proficiency in using reporting tools and software.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
