JOB OVERVIEW

Are you a skilled and experienced professional passionate about managing and growing online stores? Do you excel in customer service and social media management while ensuring smooth store operations? If so, our client is looking for YOU to join their team as an Online Ecommerce Store Manager!

Key Responsibilities:

* Store Management & Administration: Oversee daily ecommerce operations, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
* Customer Service: Provide exceptional service using Gorgias and other platforms, resolving inquiries and concerns effectively.
* Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and manage posts across social media platforms using basic Canva skills.
* Marketing Coordination: Collaborate on campaigns utilizing platforms like Facebook and Google Ads.
* Reputation Management: Monitor customer reviews and maintain a positive company image.
* Supplier Communication: Negotiate and manage relationships with suppliers.
* Chargeback Management: Handle disputes professionally and efficiently.
* Data Management: Maintain reports and analyze data using Excel and Google Sheets.

Qualifications
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience in customer service with proven fluency in English.
* Experience with Gorgias is required; candidates must have used it in previous roles.
* Proficiency in social media management, content creation, and basic Canva usage.
* Knowledge of marketing platforms such as Facebook and Google Ads.
* Excellent skills in Excel and Google Sheets for data management.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
