Online English Tutor Position (Part-Time) for Elementary Students

We are a family dedicated to providing a comprehensive and engaging learning experience for our children. We believe in fostering a love for learning, creativity, and curiosity through personalized education. We're currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced online English tutor to join us on a part-time basis, focusing on enhancing the English vocabulary, writing skills, and reading comprehension of our 3rd grader and kindergartener.

** Must be able to start work from 3AM PH time - We are based in America EST **

Position Overview:
As an online English tutor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our children's future. You will be responsible for designing and implementing a curriculum that not only meets educational standards but also aligns with our children's interests and learning paces. This position offers the flexibility to work from home and requires a commitment to deliver engaging, interactive, and personalized lessons.


Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to the individual needs of a 3rd grader and a kindergartener, focusing on English vocabulary, writing skills, and reading comprehension.
• Utilize creative teaching methods to maintain high levels of engagement during online sessions.
• Assign and grade assignments, providing constructive feedback to support student improvement.
• Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
• Communicate regularly with parents to discuss progress, challenges, and milestones.


Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, or a related field. A Master’s degree or teaching certification is a plus.
• Proven experience in teaching English to elementary-level students, with specific expertise in vocabulary building, writing, and reading comprehension.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Proficiency in using online teaching platforms and tools.
• Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for teaching young learners.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
