We are seeking a skilled Online Course Builder and Designer to develop a comprehensive online course on first-time home buying. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming existing content into an engaging and user-friendly online learning experience, primarily using Kajabi or similar platforms. This role requires a blend of technical skills in online course creation, a keen eye for design, and an understanding of effective online teaching strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the content creator to understand the course material and objectives.
- Design and build the course layout using Kajabi or other preferred online course platforms.
- Implement interactive elements, such as quizzes, videos, and infographics, to enhance learning engagement.
- Ensure the course is navigable, accessible, and aesthetically appealing.
- Test and optimize the course for various devices and browsers.
- Provide technical support and updates as needed post-launch.

Qualifications:
- Experience in building and managing online courses, preferably with Kajabi or similar platforms.
- Strong technical proficiency in course design and web development tools.
- An eye for visual design and layout for online learning materials.
- Knowledge of best practices in e-learning and instructional design.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with content creators.
- Familiarity with the real estate industry and home buying process is a plus.
