Stay informed on social media trends and best practices to optimize engagement strategies.
Collaborate with content creators to develop and implement engagement initiatives.
Handle user concerns with empathy and professionalism, escalating issues when necessary.
Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion at all times.
Qualifications:
Exceptional written communication skills with strong English proficiency.
Experience in customer service, sales, or social media management is a plus.
Self-motivated and able to manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
