What You’ll Own:
Project timelines in ClickUp and Moxie
Deliverables across copy, design, and dev
Daily communication with the team
Keeping the founder focused and out of the weeds
Supporting or managing the social media content process
Light bookkeeping (invoicing, expense tracking, basic reconciliation using Moxie/Xero)

Your First 90 Days:
Build a social media content creation framework that runs like clockwork
Set and track KPIs for the founder and team
Clean up and operationalize ClickUp and Moxie
Keep projects moving smoothly—and catch problems before they happen
Make sure clients, the team, and the founder all feel supported and clear
Take over basic bookkeeping tasks and ensure the books stay tidy
