Join a fast-growing e-commerce company providing top-tier customer service solutions. We're expanding and need an Onboarding Coordinator to set new hires up for success.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee end-to-end onboarding
- Conduct live training and assist with paperwork
- Work with the Customer Success Manager for smooth agent and client onboarding
- Provide updates to the Team Lead and Recruitment Manager
- Support client onboarding as needed
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years in Customer Service Onboarding
- 3–5 years in BPO Customer Service
- Virtual Assistant experience (preferred)
- Familiarity with e-commerce tools (Gorgias, Shopify, Zendesk)
- Experience with CRM/project management tools (HubSpot,
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and great at coaching
Tech Requirements
- Internet: DSL, Cable, or Fiber (20 Mbps minimum)
- Tools: Gmail, Slack
