Location: Maa, Davao City / Mabini, Davao City
Set-up: Onsite (5 days a week)
Estimated Monthly Rate: Approx. Php 40,000 (based on experience and performance during the application process)

About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented US Sourcing Specialist to support our hiring efforts by posting job ads across various platforms and reaching out to U.S. colleges to expand our recruitment outreach. This role is essential in ensuring that our job openings reach a wide and diverse talent pool.

Key Responsibilities:
• Post and manage job ads on platforms such as ZipRecruiter, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other relevant job boards.
• Research and identify the best job posting platforms for different roles.
• Reach out to U.S. colleges and universities to promote job openings through their career centers.
• Build and maintain relationships with college career offices to ensure ongoing hiring collaboration.
• Monitor job post performance and make necessary adjustments to maximize visibility and engagement.
• Track and report on recruitment marketing efforts, providing insights on job post effectiveness.
• Assist with other recruitment-related tasks as needed.

What We’re Looking For:
• At least 1 year of sourcing experience specifically for the US market.
• Familiarity with job posting platforms such as ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
• Strong research and communication skills to effectively connect with college career centers.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple job postings and outreach efforts.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while meeting deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
