On Call Dispcther

We are looking to find one on-call Dispatcher.

Monday - Friday 4 PM - 12 AM Eastern Time

The On-Call dispatcher plays a key role within our company acting as the main point of contact between customers and service technicians. Their responsibilities include:

Matching technicians to jobs based on location and skill level, and ensuring each technician's day is planned efficiently
Communication

Relaying information between customers and technicians, including updates on appointment times, delays, or changes
Providing support

Providing support to technicians in the field, such as organizing and receiving incoming calls and coordinating arrival times
Fulfilling customer needs

Informing customers of job progress, and engaging in client discussions to uncover their needs

Maintaining a customer database with current information, and updating customer files

Keeping track of email for service requests.
