We’re a fast-growing streetwear brand selling to a young, trend-driven audience — and we’re looking for a creative strategist who knows how to craft irresistible offers, hit the right audiences, and scale like crazy.

Your job?
Come up with fresh offer ideas. Pair them with killer creative angles. Test them fast. Scale what works. Kill what doesn’t. Repeat.

We want someone who’s done this before — not just in theory, but in practice. Show us the brands you’ve helped grow. Show us your process. Show us results.

What you’ll do:
• Create high-converting offers for a Gen Z audience
• Develop ad angles, hooks, and creative direction
• Work with our content & media buying teams to test and scale winners
• Constantly look for new audience segments and tailor messaging to them

You are:
• Experienced with scaling ecom brands — you’ve got receipts
• Obsessed with creative testing and performance marketing
• Deeply tapped into culture, trends, and youth psychology
• Creative, fast, and data-driven
