Position: Outbound/Inbound Sales Assistant (INSURANCE)
Location: Remote
Shift: 9 AM to 6PM EST

Primary Responsibility:
Contact potential customers and persuade them to purchase products or services through outbound sales.

Requirements:
Proven track record of success in outbound sales.
Prior insurance experience PREFFERED
Experience working with individuals.
Excellent communication skills.
Persuasive and comfortable with Upgrade to see actual infomonstrated ability to achieve a high conversion rate.
Fluent Spoken & Written English with minimal accent

Additional Responsibilities:
Prospect and qualify leads.
Follow up with potential customers via phone and email.
Meet or exceed sales quotas.
