Position Overview:

We are seeking a Reddit Social Media Manager to join our Team. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining our online reputation, by publishing related content. You will be responsible for posting content. This is an office job position with flexible working hours. The office is located in Iloilo. ONLY APPLY IF YOU ARE LOCATED IN ILOILO!

We are also providing the necessary Training in order to fulfill this position.

The position requires 20-35 hours per week, 3 hours up to 5 hours per day across 7 days Monday to Sunday.

We are humans as well so we do not limit bathroom breaks

Technical requirements for the position are as follows:

Stable internet connection (please send screengrab of speed)
Your own personal PC (please send screengrab of specs)

We pay hourly rates $1.5 per hour and $1 per fan
Payout is either Cash, Paypal, Wise.
We will cover transaction fees of your salary

Responsibilities:
Identify target subreddits and engage with relevant communities to build a strong presence and gain followers.
Proactively monitor relevant subreddits, comments, and discussions to identify opportunities for engagement.
Respond to comments, questions, and feedback from Reddit users in a timely and professional manner.
Post high-quality and compelling content, including text posts, links, images, and videos.

Qualifications:
Strong understanding of Reddit's community guidelines, culture, and best practices.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Creativity and a keen eye to create visually appealing posts.
