Responsibilities:
Assistant for Clinical Services in overseeing the clinical operations and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. chart audits, and more administrative tools.
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and nursing practice standards to enhance the quality of patient care.
Monitor patient care for quality and adherence to standards and regulations.
Collaborate with the clinical team to assess needs, plan and implement appropriate interventions, and evaluate outcomes.
Conduct regular remote training sessions with nursing staff to ensure continuous development and adherence to best practices.
Utilize technology and software for healthcare management to maintain accurate records and efficient workflow.
Qualifications:

Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Proficient in using healthcare management software and technology.
