1. Appliance Repair Service – $100K/month revenue (hosted on Webflow)
2. Cleaning Business – $15K/month revenue (hosted on BookingKoala)

What We Need:

We are looking for a skilled Web Developer & SEO Specialist to help redesign and optimize both websites for better performance, user experience, and lead generation.

Responsibilities:

• Redesign and optimize our Webflow and BookingKoala websites
• Implement SEO best practices to improve rankings and organic traffic
• Optimize website loading speed, responsiveness, and mobile-friendliness
• Improve website conversion rates to generate more customer inquiries
• Perform keyword research and optimize content accordingly
• Create and implement a local SEO strategy
• Set up and optimize Google My Business and online directories
• Track performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools

Pay Structure (Performance-Based)

• Commission-Based Pay: Earn a percentage of increased revenue from website improvements
• Lead-Based Bonus: Get bonuses for high-quality leads generated
• SEO Performance Bonus: Earn milestone bonuses for SEO ranking improvements
• Profit-Sharing Potential: As the business grows, so does your earnings
