We’re a fast-growing e-commerce company helping global brands deliver world-class customer support. Join our team as an Onboarding Coordinator and help set our new hires up for success!

What You’ll Do:
-Lead end-to-end onboarding for new teaUpgrade to see actual infombers
-Host live training and assist with onboarding documents
-Work closely with Customer Success to align agent and client onboarding
-Track progress and share updates with leadership

What You Bring:
-1–2 years in onboarding
-3–5 years in BPO customer service
-VA experience a plus
-Familiar with tools like Shopify, Gorgias, Zendesk, HubSpot, Upgrade to see actual info
-Great communicator and proactive team player

Requirements:
-20 Mbps internet (DSL, Cable, or Fiber)
-Familiarity with Gmail and Slack
