Are you a detail-oriented Bookkeeper with a passion for numbers and organization? We are a thriving credit repair company seeking a highly experienced Bookkeeper to join our team!
Minimum 3+ years of bookkeeping experience
Proven experience working with U.S. taxes, including 1099s, quarterly filings, end-of-year reports, and financial statement preparation
Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software
Strong understanding of financial compliance and best practices
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
Manage accounts payable/receivable and payroll
Maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Prepare reports for tax filings and collaborate with our CPA as needed
Keep financial records accurate, updated, and audit-ready
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
