Position Overview:
As a Dispatcher with Corporate Livery, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient coordination of our transportation services, helping patients get to their medical appointments safely and on time.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule patient rides with available drivers.
Plan optimal routes considering distance, traffic, and time.
Act as the primary point of contact for drivers, addressing any concerns or changes in real-time.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Handle patient or caregiver inquiries and provide top-notch customer service.

Qualifications:
Prior dispatching experience, preferably in the NEMT sector.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in using dispatch software or tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong command of the English language, both spoken and written.
A commitment to patient care and satisfaction.
