Hello! My name is William, and I run GodSounds. We reach the world through Christian audiobooks and digital content, and we are expanding into building apps for our company. We are looking to hire a highly capable no-code app developer who can build and launch real apps for iOS and Android (and potentially web apps as well) using modern no-code tools.
To be clear, we are not looking for someone who is just starting or learning no-code platforms. We need someone who already has solid experience building no-code apps and can move quickly with confidence. You should be very familiar with the best no-code app builders, know how to connect databases and APIs when needed, understand user flows and app structure, and be able to take an idea and turn it into a functional, clean, user-friendly app without us having to hold your hand through the process.
A major part of this role is publishing and launching. We need someone who knows how to package and submit apps to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, understands the common requirements and approval process, and can help us avoid beginner mistakes that slow launches down. If you can also help with basic maintenance, updates, bug fixes, and improvements after launch, that is a big plus.
We already have a creative team (video editing and graphic design), so you will not be alone on visuals. What we need is someone who can lead the no-code app build process, communicate clearly, stay organized, and deliver results. This will start as a part-time role with the opportunity to grow into more work and more responsibility as we build more apps.
When you apply, please tell me how much experience you have building no-code apps, what tools you use (for example FlutterFlow, Bubble, Adalo, Glide, WeWeb, etc.), what apps you have built, and whether those apps are currently live in the App Store or Google Play. Please include links, screenshots, or a portfolio if you have it. Also, tell me what your role was in each build and what parts you personally handled (building, database, automations, integrations, publishing, updates, etc.). The more specific you are, the better.
Bonus (not required, but strongly preferred): please record a short video of yourself (1-3 minutes) introducing yourself and explaining why you would be a great fit for the GodSounds team. Your English does not need to be perfect - I mainly want to get a feel for who you are, how you think, and how you communicate. If you choose to do the video, just send me a link.
If you are experienced in no-code app building and you can help us build and launch apps efficiently, I would love to hear from you. Thank you, and God bless you - I’m excited to meet the right person to join our team.
