Manage the monthly
Desired Results:
1. Increase Subscribers & readership based on total opens (1000):
• Promise: 3% growth rate - 30 new subscribers per month
• Reach for: 5% growth rate – 50 new subscribers per month
2. Track and Improve Open and Click Rates as follows:
• Promise: 45% open rate (currently 38.7%)
• Reach for: 60% open rate
3. Track and Improve Click Rates as follows:
• Promise: 3.2% click rate - peer average (currently 1.3%)
• Reach For 4% click rate
4. Track and Increase Number of People Going to our website
• Promise: unique website clicks to 29 per
• Reach for: unique website clicks to 38 per
5. Minimize unsubscribes to following targets:
• Promise: 5 per
• Reach for: 3 per
6. Help Increase investor leads to schedule introduction appointments
• Promise: 5 per week
• Reach for: 8 per week
Guidelines:

2. Build the newsletter around blog post articles provided by the marketing team

6. Create new content (photos, graphs, video, articles, etc.) from all sources mentioned above and other sources relevant to our industry that will help achieve our desired results.

Accountability:
Report to Omar Ruiz or Marcello Dominguez by providing monthly campaign reports. Periodic performance reviews will be conducted on quarterly basis initially, until capability to perform job is confirmed.
If worker is unable to reach 3 promises from the list of desired results or improves toward desired results by end of 1st quarter, then possible termination action will occur.
Consequences:
• The reward for achieving a majority of “promises”/desired results for 2 quarters will result in continuity of work.
• The reward for achieving all “promises”/desired results for 4 consecutive quarters will result in continuity of work and a 10% salary increase.
• For consistent Achievement of “promises”/desired results the company will provide funding for further education, such as courses, certifications, or workshops that will benefit towards achieving goals.
• The reward for achieving a majority of “reach for” results on a quarterly basis, will receive a 15% bonus of monthly salary.
• The reward for achieving a majority of “reach for” results during multiple quarters over a 12 month period, will receive a 15% pay rate increase.
• If worker is unable to reach 3 promises from the list of desired results or does not improve toward desired results by end of 1st quarter, then possible termination action will occur.
