Netsuite systems Automation.
Skills/Attributes Required:
- Mid-high level NetSuite development experience including;
o Workflows / SuiteFlow workflow manager
o SuiteScripting
o Complex custom saved search formulas
o Able to customise HTML email templates and advanced forms etc
- Mid-high level PHP development skills including integrating with NetSuite
- Low-mid level Shopify development skills including integrating with NetSuite
- Low-mid level external dashboard experience (such as PowerBI, Klipfolio etc) and integration with NetSuite
- 100% trustworthy and reliable
- Good listening, speaking & communication skills
- Able to communicate with on-technical staff to understand what they are trying to achieve in their process automation and efficiencies
- Ability to understand business processes and align ERP and web systems
- Strong desire to deliver results
- Solid project management skills
- Ability to balance multiple ongoing projects and meet deadlines
- Good attention to detail and produces high quality results
- Desire to always improve business efficiencies
- Can work effectively remotely with minimal supervision
- Stable internet connection with at least 25 Mbps
- Willing to remain connected via Teams with camera on to office live stream connection (all remote staff currently do this)

Education/Experience Required:
- 2-3 years in mid-high level NetSuite development role
- Bachelor's/College Degree or equivalent formal training preferred
Certifications/Licenses Required:
- NetSuite certified preferred but not essential
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Project management of systems automation
2. Suite Scripting is must.
3. NetSuite customisation to improve business efficiency
4. NetSuite team support
5. PHP, Shopify and external dashboard customisation and integration with NetSuite

- Business automation projects completed on time
- High quality reliable outcomes
