National SEO Specialist (Team Lead) – On-Page & Off-Page SEO

We are seeking an experienced National SEO Specialist to join our team and take charge of our national SEO strategies. This role requires a deep understanding of both on-page and off-page SEO, as well as the ability to lead and oversee a team dedicated to high-impact, data-driven SEO initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive national SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve rankings.
- Lead a team of SEO specialists, ensuring best practices and performance-driven strategies are executed.
- Conduct technical SEO audits, keyword research, and competitor analysis using SEMrush and Ahrefs.
- Execute competitive backlink gap analysis and manage broken link-building strategies.
- Oversee and implement off-page SEO tactics, including strategic outreach, guest posting, and link-building campaigns.
- Utilize outreach tools like Pitchbox or BuzzStream to streamline link acquisition and relationship building.
- Develop detailed SEO roadmaps for clients, outlining short-term and long-term strategies for growth.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance, making data-backed recommendations for optimization.
- Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in SEO, with a strong focus on national SEO strategies.
- Proficiency in SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics.
- Strong understanding of technical SEO, content strategy, and site architecture.
- Proven experience with backlink acquisition, competitive analysis, and broken link building.
- Hands-on experience with outreach tools like Pitchbox or BuzzStream.
- Ability to create SEO roadmaps and execute strategies that drive measurable results.
- Experience managing or overseeing an SEO team is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data to make strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
