Job Details: • Position: Retail Purchasing Customer Service Representative • Location: Remote (Work from Home) • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST • Pay: $4/hr + quarterly performance reviews and raises

What You’ll Be Doing:
Customer Support:


Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails and support tickets
Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently
Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining a positive experience
Order Management:


Confirm orders are recorded accurately in the system
Update the team on customer payment information or address changes
Manage local deals and make sure they are properly recorded for the warehouse
Communication:


Engage with customers through phone and email to resolve issues
Make outbound calls to resolve order or payment issues
Maintain a professional and friendly relationship with customers
Team Collaboration:


Work with the warehouse and operations team to ensure smooth customer transactions
Escalate complex issues when necessary

What We’re Looking For:
Experience: At least 1 year of customer service experience required


Skills:


Excellent written and spoken English (MUST provide a voice sample)
Proficient in computer use (CRM experience is a plus)
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Personality:


Self-motivated and able to work independently
Detail-oriented and solution-focused
Professional and positive attitude
Equipment:


Fast and reliable internet connection with no frequent blackouts
Computer with webcam and headset (for VoIP calls)

Bonus Points If You:
Have experience with retail purchasing or e-commerce
Have worked with platforms like Shopify, Odoo, or similar
