Multimedia Design Specialist

We are looking for an energetic and experienced Multimedia Design Specialist. You will be working with an exciting startup organization of eager and young professionals who are hungry for growth and opportunities!


Salary Rate: PHP 50,000 - 85,000 per month.

THE ROLE:
- Design and develop compelling meta ads, display banners, landing pages, and emails that effectively communicate brand messaging and drive customer engagement and conversion.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to brainstorm and conceptualize creative ideas for various marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitor strategies, and consumer behavior to inform design decisions and ensure our marketing materials remain innovative and competitive.
- Iterate design concepts based on feedback from stakeholders, incorporating revisions and adjustments as needed to achieve the desired outcomes.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail and quality assurance throughout the design process, ensuring accuracy in messaging, branding, and visual elements.
- Optimize design assets for different digital platforms and devices, ensuring seamless user experiences and optimal performance across channels.
- Additional tasks as assigned

THE REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of graphics and video editing experience
- Proficiency with graphic design tools (FIGMA, Canva, Adobe CS)
- Experience with video editing tools.
- Experience in creating compelling ads for digital advertising campaigns.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with consumer product goods (CPG) marketing is a plus.
- Has worked in the GY Shift experience
- Ability to work CST

NICE-TO-HAVE:
- Familiarity with GMail and Slack for team communication
