We're looking for a multi-tasking person with real artistic skills. Yes, we are familiar that in the age of AI some forms or "art" are "simple" but we're supplying a lot of artists worldwide with our products and can not have AI work in our designs.
Please start your application/title with "I can draw!". If it's not there, your application will be ignored.
Please include a link to your portfolio for 1. Art/illustration 2. Graphic design.
The role is a mix of hands-on artistic creation and everyday graphic design:
Artistic/illustration work — original artwork for products like our annual t-shirt designs (we release at least 2 new designs per year). This is real illustration work, not just layout.
Graphic design — product infographics, web banners, and social media graphics across our sites.
Multi-brand work — we operate several businesses, so you'll be designing across different brand identities, not just one catalog.
AI tools are welcome as part of your workflow (we use them across the company), but we're not looking for AI-generated artwork — we need someone who can actually draw and create.
What matters most: speed and reliability
We've worked with a lot of talented designers over the years. The ones who succeed here aren't necessarily the most "inspired" — they're the ones who can move. We need someone who can:
Turn around a quick banner in 15 minutes when something's urgent
Also sit with a more involved project (like a t-shirt design) for a few days when it calls for depth
Know the difference between the two, and switch gears without drama
We run multiple businesses, attend trade shows, and run frequent promotions — there's always something in the pipeline, and we need someone who treats deadlines as real.
Please note that AI-suggested rates by this website start with $3/hour. We're looking for a highly talented and experienced person for higher pay. If we won't find one, we might need to train nclosest candidate, but that can come with a lower entry rate.
