Hey everyone, VA Placement here looking to fill a Sales role for a client!

Company Overview:

K&M, have a forward-thinking company specializing in short/mid-term rentals and relocation services. Seeking a driven Lead Generation Specialist to expand their client base and drive business growth. They value initiative, strong communication, and a results-oriented mindset.

Job Description:

As our Lead Generation Specialist, you will be instrumental in identifying and securing new clients in the short/mid-term rental and relocation sectors. Your primary focus will be on generating qualified leads through targeted outreach and effective communication. Completing the Process from Start to Finish.

Responsibilities:

Targeted Lead Generation:
-Utilize LinkedIn and Upgrade to see actual info to identify and connect with potential relocation specialists and corporate clients.
-Conduct direct outreach to real estate agents, leasing agents, and property management groups.
-Source properties that meet the specific needs of relocation specialists.

Client Communication & Outreach:
-Develop and execute email campaigns and cold-calling strategies to generate interest in our services.
-Maintain consistent communication with leads and clients, providing timely and accurate information.
-Schedule qualified leads for consultations with our team.

Database Management:
-Maintain and update a comprehensive property database.
-Generate weekly property database emails for insurance contacts.
-Accurately record and track all lead generation activities.

Syndication Support:
-Generate leads for syndication business.
-Manage investor communication through quarterly emails.

Results:
-Generate a minimum of 10 new qualified leads daily.
-Maintain consistent and effective communication with all leads and clients.
-Produce accurate and timely property database updates.
-Deliver quarterly investor emails.
-See the sales process from lead generation to lead capture with contract

Requirements:
-Exceptional English proficiency (written and verbal).
-Proven experience in lead generation and cold calling.
-Strong follow-up and lead conversion skills.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Proficiency in LinkedIn, Google Workspace, and CRM systems.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

-Strong organizational and time management skills.
-Flexibility with schedule.

Bonus Qualities:
-Prior experience in the short/mid-term rental or relocation industry.
-Marketing or sales experience.
-Experience with real estate outreach.

Compensation and Benefits:
-Full-time position.
-Hourly rate: $5-$7 USD (depending on experience and skills).
-Work hours: 8 hours per day, Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM PST preferred.
-Bi-weekly pay.
-Paid Time Off (PTO): 7 days per year (accrued monthly).
-Flexible Unpaid Time Off (with advance notice and approval).
