Motion Designer & Video Editor (Premiere & After Effects)

About the Role:
We are looking for a creative Motion Designer & Video Editor to handle our video production from start to finish. In this role, you will work directly with an Australian-based company to cut raw footage, pace stories, and add high-quality motion graphics and animations.

Work Hours: 8 hours per day (Australian business hours)

Key Responsibilities
- Cut, pace, and assemble highly engaging video content using Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Design and animate motion graphics, transitions, and kinetic typography using Adobe After Effects.
- Handle basic audio mixing, sound design, and color grading.
- Prep and layer design assets (from Photoshop/Illustrator) for clean animation.
- Manage project files and export final delivery formats under tight deadlines.

What We Are Looking For
- Expertise: Proven experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (this is a must).
- The Dual Threat: A strong portfolio demonstrating both sharp editing instincts and solid animation principles.
- Efficiency: Ability to take feedback well, iterate quickly, and manage your own timeline.
- Eye for Detail: High standards for pacing, continuity, audio levels, and smooth keyframing.
