**Job Title: Freelance Motion Animator for Corporate Events**

**Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled and creative Freelance Motion Animator to join our dynamic team on a project basis. Our ideal candidate will possess the unique ability to blend creativity with corporate professionalism, delivering animations that elevate the experience of both live and virtual corporate events. With approximately 3 to 4 projects per month, each task will demand between 4 to 8 hours of dedicated effort.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Create engaging and visually appealing animations that align with corporate themes and objectives for a variety of events, both live and virtual.
- Collaborate closely with our creative team to understand project requirements, themes, and corporate branding guidelines.
- Translate concepts and ideas into compelling motion graphics that enhance event presentations and storytelling.
- Ensure all animations adhere to established corporate style guides, maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
- Provide source files for each project, allowing for any necessary final adjustments by our in-house team.
- Work proficiently in Adobe After Effects, utilizing its full capabilities to produce high-quality animations.
- Organize and upload final projects and associated files to designated Dropbox folders in a timely and secure manner.

**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a Motion Animator or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing corporate animations.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects and familiarity with other video editing software (Da Vinci).
- Ability to work effectively within elaborate corporate style guides, ensuring all animations meet branding requirements.
- Excellent time management skills, with the capacity to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to receive feedback and make adjustments as required.
- Access to a reliable computer and high-speed internet connection for remote collaboration and file transfer.

**Additional Requirements:**
- Candidates must be willing to work on a freelance basis, with an estimated commitment of 3 to 4 projects per month.
- Flexibility to adjust schedules to meet project deadlines is essential.
- Previous experience working with Dropbox for file sharing and collaboration is preferred.
