About Us
Derma Institute is an international medical aesthetics training academy delivering advanced training courses across the United Kingdom, United States, Canada and Australia. We provide hands-on training for doctors, nurses and other healthcare professionals in aesthetic medicine.
We are looking for an organised and proactive Model Coordinator to join our UK operations team and support the recruitment and scheduling of models for our training courses.
Key Responsibilities
Recruiting and booking models for training courses across the UK.
Contacting existing and prospective models by phone,
Managing model schedules and appointment confirmations.
Ensuring courses have the required number and type of models booked.
Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing models.
Updating and maintaining accurate model records and databases.
Sending appointment confirmations, reminders and aftercare information.
Liaising with trainers, coordinators and the operations team regarding course requirements.
Assisting with last-minute cancellations and sourcing replacement models where required.
Supporting general administrative tasks related to course operations.
Requirements
Excellent written and spoken English.
Strong telephone and communication skills.
Previous experience in customer service, administration, recruitment, sales or coordination.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Confident working independently and managing multiple tasks.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and CRM systems.
Reliable internet connection and suitable home working environment.
Desirable
Experience within aesthetics, beauty, healthcare or training environments.
Previous experience recruiting or coordinating people.
Experience using CRM systems or booking platforms.
