Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled and proactive Minecraft System Administrator to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis. This individual will be responsible for maintaining and updating multiple Minecraft servers, configuring hosting on a VPS, and ensuring optimal server performance and security.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform regular maintenance and updates for several Minecraft servers.
* Configure and manage VPS hosting to support Minecraft servers.
* Launch and configure Minecraft servers from scratch.
* Monitor server performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary fixes.
* Ensure the security and stability of the servers.
* Collaborate with our tech team to optimize server configurations and performance.
* Utilize GitHub for version control and collaboration.
* Set up and manage server management panels like Pterodactyl or Pelican.
* Provide exceptional support to our clients and internal team members.

Qualifications:

* Strong experience in system administration, particularly with Linux and Windows servers.
* Proficiency in managing Minecraft servers and configuring hosting environments on VPS.
* Ability to launch and configure servers from scratch.
* Experience with server monitoring tools and troubleshooting techniques.
* Familiarity with GitHub for version control.
* Proficiency in setting up and managing Pterodactyl or Pelican server management panels.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
