Mid-Level Full Stack Developer (.NET + React)

About the Role

New Era Electric & Equipment is looking for a talented and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our growing technology team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications that support our construction, logistics, equipment management, and project operations.

You will work with modern technologies ---------- , React, SQL Server, and cloud-based tools while collaborating with project managers, business stakeholders, and operational teams.

This position is ideal for a developer who can independently deliver features, solve technical challenges, and contribute to both new and existing software projects.

Key Responsibilities:
-Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Core
-Build responsive and user-friendly React applications
-Develop and optimize SQL Server databases and queries
-Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions
-Perform code reviews and maintain coding standards
-Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, performance issues, and security concerns
-Contribute to software architecture discussions and technical planning
-Support production deployments and system maintenance


Required Skills & Experience
Back-End Development:
-3–5 years of professional software development experience
-Strong experience with C#, .NET 6/7/8, and ASP.NET Core
-Experience building RESTful APIs
-Proficiency with SQL Server, database design, and query optimization
-Experience with Entity Framework Core
-Knowledge of authentication and authorization (JWT, OAuth, ASP.NET Identity)
-Experience with unit and integration testing


Front-End Development:
-Strong experience with React 18+
-Working knowledge of TypeScript
-Experience with state management tools such as Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or React Query
-Experience consuming REST APIs using Axios or Fetch
-Familiarity with Tailwind CSS, Material UI, Ant Design, or similar frameworks

Additional Skills:
-Git and version control workflows
-CI/CD concepts and deployment pipelines
-Basic Docker knowledge
-Familiarity with Azure or AWS cloud environments
-Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams


Preferred Qualifications:
-Experience in construction, logistics, asset management, or ERP systems
-Familiarity with Jira, Azure Boards, or similar project management tools
-Knowledge of microservices architecture
-Experience with Power BI, SSRS, or reporting tools
-Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
