Microsoft PowerPlatform Developer

Qualifications
• Between 5 to 10 years of overall IT experience
• Hands on Development Experience with Power Apps (Canvas and Model Driven Apps), Power Automate (Cloud Flows, RPA) , Dataverse, AI Builder, etc
• Hands on experience on MS dynamics power Platform
• Plug In development Using visual studio, C# and Plug In deployment tool
• Power platform performance tuning
• Power Page Sites
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as C#, Python, JavaScript, etc
• Ability to work in a collaborative and agile environment
• Superb communication and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of ALM, Azure DevOps, CI/CD and Automation
• Familiarity with AI concepts and frameworks such as Large Language Models, OpenAI, etc
• Relevant Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform and/or Azure

Responsibilities
• This role will work with our strategic customer to help them envision, plan, design and develop innovative solutions using Microsoft Power Platform
• Liaise with business users across locations to understand/ document business requirements, detail the use cases & propose solution options for automation
• Automate business process by developing and delivering Power Platform based solutions
• Implement and guide others about Microsoft Power Platform development standard processes
• Develop Power Platform plugins and connectors for extensibility
• Own product roadmaps, build & handle project plans, call out risks & issues proactively, report progress against the plan & track associated project benefits
• Ability to wear several hats including but not limited to Business Analyst, Developer, Project Coordinator, Tester & Business User
