JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Meta Integration & Conversion API (CAPI) Specialist to manage, implement, and optimize Meta Pixel and Conversion API integrations across various funnels, websites, CRM systems, and lead generation platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience troubleshooting tracking issues, validating event data, and ensuring accurate attribution for Meta advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain Meta Pixel and Conversion API (CAPI) integrations.
• Configure and test server-side tracking for websites, landing pages, and CRM systems.
• Integrate Meta with lead generation platforms, funnels, and third-party applications.
• Troubleshoot tracking discrepancies between Meta Events Manager and internal systems.
• Validate event firing, deduplication, and attribution accuracy.
• Collaborate with developers, media buyers, and account managers to ensure seamless data flow.
• Monitor event quality and diagnose tracking issues.
• Set up custom events, standard events, and event parameters based on campaign requirements.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for integrations and processes.
• Support API integrations related to lead posting, CRM systems, and marketing platforms.
• Ensure compliance with Meta's best practices and data privacy requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Meta Pixel and Conversion API (CAPI).
• Strong understanding of server-side tracking and event attribution.
• Experience working with APIs, webhooks, and CRM integrations.
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Tag Manager, Zapier, Make, Stape, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and JSON is preferred.
• Experience troubleshooting lead tracking and data discrepancies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with lead generation campaigns.
• Familiarity with TrustedForm, Jornaya, and lead validation systems.
• Experience with platforms such as HighLevel, Salesforce, HubSpot, LeadProsper, or custom CRM solutions.
• Understanding of funnel builders and landing page platforms.
