About The Role

We're looking for an experienced Meta Ads Specialist to manage and grow Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns for multiple eCommerce brands.

You will be responsible for campaign strategy, setup, optimisation, reporting, and scaling client accounts to deliver profitable growth and strong returns on ad spend.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management

* Build, launch and manage Meta advertising campaigns.
* Create prospecting, retargeting, Advantage+, catalogue and conversion campaigns.
* Manage budgets and campaign structures.
* Ensure Meta Pixel and Conversion API tracking are working correctly.

Daily Optimisation

* Monitor spend, ROAS, CPA and revenue performance.
* Scale winning campaigns and pause underperforming ads.
* Test new audiences, creatives and offers.
* Analyse performance data and identify growth opportunities.
* Monitor account health and tracking accuracy.

Creative Strategy

* Develop creative testing plans.
* Create briefs for designers and content creators.
* Analyse creative performance and recommend improvements.

Reporting & Communication

* Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
* Communicate performance insights and recommendations.
* Attend client meetings when required.

Requirements

* 2+ years of experience managing Meta Ads.
* Proven experience with eCommerce brands.
* Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Shopify, Pixel and Conversion API.
* Excellent analytical and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.

* Accurate reporting and account management.

We're looking for someone proactive, data-driven, organised, and passionate about helping eCommerce brands scale through Meta advertising.

***Starting Salary will be $1000/month; after a successful probation period of 3 months, this will be increased***.

We are a UK-based agency ( ---------- ) with a growing team from the Philippines. Your hours will be Monday to Thursday, 9 am to 5 pm and Friday 9 am to 1 pm (UK time)

You will also get a 13th month, all UK public holidays and up to 15 days paid leave per year.
