We are looking for a highly motivated Meta Ads Specialist who can help us generate qualified leads consistently through Facebook and Instagram advertising.

This is NOT an entry-level position.

We are looking for someone who has real experience running lead generation campaigns, testing creatives, improving performance, and finding winning ads.

Your Responsibilities
Meta Ads Management
Create and launch Meta ad campaigns
Monitor campaigns daily
Improve lead quality and reduce cost per lead
Test audiences, creatives, offers, and landing pages
Analyze campaign performance
Make data-driven decisions
Creative Testing
Create multiple ad variations every week
Develop new hooks and angles
Research competitors
Identify winning ads
Suggest new marketing ideas
Content Creation
Edit videos using CapCut
Create graphics using Canva
Organize creative assets
Prepare ad creatives for testing
KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)

You will be measured on:

Number of new creative tests launched weekly
Cost per lead (CPL)
Lead quality
Speed of testing new ideas
Campaign optimization frequency
Weekly reporting and communication

We want someone who is constantly testing and improving.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years experience with Meta Ads
Experience generating leads for local businesses
Strong understanding of:
CPL
CTR
CPC
CPM
Conversion tracking
Experience with CapCut
Experience with Canva
Strong English communication skills
Organized and proactive
Able to work independently
