JOB OVERVIEW

Job Title: Meta Ads Operator (Daily Execution + Reporting)

Type of Work:** Part-time (~20 hrs/week)

Salary:** $200/month + optional performance bonus

Job Description:

I run a UK care-sector education business. Our paid ads strategy is built and overseen by an external agency — their team currently runs the day-to-day. I want to hand the daily execution to a reliable operator so I can stay focused on delivering our programme.

You won't be inventing strategy. You'll operate the machine that's already built: follow the daily checklist, keep the numbers updated, and execute the cut/scale rules we already use.

What you'll do:

- Check campaigns every day and update our tracking sheet (spend, impressions, clicks, applications, bookings — costs auto-calculate)
- Execute our agency's cut/scale rules exactly (4/7/14/30-day KPI checks — kill what's out of KPI, duplicate winners)
- Build new ad tests in Ads Manager from creative and angles provided (campaign ? ad set ? ad, correct naming, audiences)
- Sanity-check pixel/conversion events and flag any tracking break fast (e.g. an event that stops firing mid-week)
- Send me a short weekly summary and coordinate with our agency's account manager

Must have:

- Comfortable inside Meta Ads Manager — you've set up campaigns, ad sets and ads, even on small budgets
- Can follow a daily checklist and KPI rules precisely, without improvising
- Confident with tracking sheets and basic ad maths (cost per result, KPI in/out)
- Strong written English, proactive flagging, obsessive about detail
- Reliable daily availability with some overlap to UK hours

Nice to have:

- GoHighLevel (GHL), Hyros, or lead-gen / coaching-funnel exposure — a plus, not required

How success is measured:

Not by how many cheap bookings you create — by keeping cost **per qualified booking** in KPI and protecting return on ad spend. A flood of junk leads is a fail, not a win.

To apply:
1. Start your message with the word **SCIENTIFIC** (proves you read this)
2. One paragraph: an ad account you've worked in, the result, and what you'd check first if cost-per-booking doubled overnight
3. Attach a screenshot of a tracking sheet or Ads Manager view you've worked in
